LETTING GO OF SELF-JUDGMENT

BECOMING YOUR WRONG DECISIONS

You are not your decisions

Becoming your wrong decisions happens when you begin to define yourself by choices that did not turn out as expected.

Because of this, disappointment or shame can slowly become part of how you see yourself. A single experience can start to shape your identity, even though it was only a moment in time.

However, your true self is not defined by your decisions. It exists beyond what you have done or not done.

How self-judgment is created

It is natural to reflect on your choices. At the same time, when reflection turns into judgment, it can limit your ability to move forward.

You may begin to label yourself based on a past decision, believing that it says something about your worth or capability.

As a result, trust in yourself can slowly fade.

Seeing decisions as experiences

Every decision is made with the information, awareness, and understanding you had at that moment.

Because of this, there are no truly “wrong” decisions—only experiences that shape your path. Even when the outcome is not what you hoped for, something is learned.

When you begin to see decisions in this way, something shifts. The weight of judgment softens, and space for growth appears.

Moving forward with awareness

Instead of holding on to the past, you can gently reflect on what the experience has shown you.

What did you learn?
What would you choose differently next time?

In this way, you use your awareness, strength, and intuition to move forward more consciously.

A gentle reminder

You are not your past.
You are not your decisions.

You are the awareness that learns, grows, and continues.

With love,
Gulschen
