My Journey in Energy Healing & Lifestyle Medicine

A natural connection to energy from a young age

From a young age, I felt a deep connection to energy fields, guides, angels, and animals. I enjoyed being alone, sitting in silence, drawing, and spending time in nature. People were naturally drawn to me to share their worries and would ask me to take away their pain by placing my hands on them.

Only later did I realize that I was intuitively working with practices such as Reiki and Pranic Healing. During my teenage years, I also began exploring reflexology, massage, Qigong, and martial arts (Karate), while studying art, dance, and graphic design.

Developing my intuitive abilities and international experiences

For many years, I believed that everyone experienced this kind of spiritual connection. I followed various energy healing courses to further develop my natural abilities and discovered that we all have intuitive gifts, such as clairvoyance, clairsentience, and clairaudience.

During my twenty years in India, and through my travels to powerful energy places in Brazil, Thailand, Bali, the Marian apparition site in Banneux (Belgium), and monasteries in Russia, I experienced deep connections with energy and healing.

These experiences have enriched my work and form an important foundation for the guidance I now offer in my practice.

My practice and methods

For many years, I have practiced Qigong, meditation, and chakra healing daily to maintain a balanced and high level of energy.

In my practice, I use these techniques to support clients in releasing energetic blockages and restoring balance in both body and mind.

A holistic approach: energy healing and lifestyle medicine

In addition to energy healing, I also integrate Lifestyle Medicine into my work. This allows me to support clients in a natural and holistic way by focusing on nutrition, movement, stress management, and lifestyle awareness.

By combining energy healing with lifestyle guidance, I offer a holistic approach to health and well-being, helping clients create sustainable balance and long-term improvement.

The Work: Energy Healing, Coaching & Holistic Support

Personal and flexible sessions

I usually work directly with the person themselves. If someone is unable to attend a session, it is also possible to work through a close family member or trusted friend.

Sessions are available in person in Amsterdam, as well as online via video or phone. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person treatments.

Energy Healing: a holistic approach

In my work, I look beyond energy alone. I focus on what the body, mind, and soul need in order to fully restore balance.

I work in a holistic way, taking the whole person into account. This includes both the physical body and the energetic field. Within this field, it is often possible to sense how someone is doing physically, where imbalances may be present, and what is needed for healing.

Each session is carefully attuned to the individual, including emotional sensitivity and personal needs, so that body, mind, and energy can come back into balance.

Working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP)

Many of the people I work with are Highly Sensitive People (HSP) or experience a strong sensitivity to energy and external stimuli.

This sensitivity is approached in a gentle and supportive way during sessions, creating space for calm, balance, and recovery.

Coaching for clarity and personal growth

In addition to energy healing, I also offer coaching sessions. Together, we explore themes from your daily life, such as thoughts, emotions, relationships, and work.

Coaching is practical and supportive, helping you gain insight, create change, and experience more clarity, balance, and personal growth.

Sessions in Amsterdam or online

All sessions are available in Amsterdam, as well as online or by phone, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are.

Energetic Healing & Meditation

A holistic approach to energy healing

During healing sessions and meditations, I work with a variety of techniques, including silent meditation, guided healing meditation, walking meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises, awareness-based meditation, chakra healing, and emotional and physical energy healing.

I also work with specific energetic fields to help release blockages and restore natural balance.

How a healing session works

Each session begins with a short silent meditation to help you arrive and settle into your body.

From there, I connect with your energetic field and tune into what I perceive. We briefly discuss what comes forward, after which I begin the healing process.

Through this connection, I can sense and support the release of stagnation in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your being.

During the session, you may experience sensations such as:
    •    Energy moving through your body
    •    Warmth or tingling
    •    Seeing colors or images
    •    Memories arising
    •    Emotions flowing through

At the end of the session, I support the integration and balancing of your energy. The session is partly guided and partly in silence.

Afterwards, it is important to listen to your body. Rest and sleep may be needed as part of the integration process.

The effect of healing meditation

Healing meditation supports you in releasing energetic blockages, restoring inner balance, and improving your daily energy and vitality.

Working with energy and guidance

I work with different light guides, each with a specific role in supporting the restoration of your natural balance.

By bringing light into affected areas, blockages can be released and energy can begin to flow freely again.

I do not physically touch clients and only work with full consent.

1:1 Healing Sessions

During private sessions, we explore the blockages that are present. The guidance I receive may point to specific interventions, such as energetic cleansing, releasing energetic cords, working with inherited family patterns, or addressing deeper energetic influences.

Because active participation is important, I also guide you in consciously letting go.

In addition to energy healing, I incorporate elements of lifestyle and well-being, supporting you in creating balance between body, mind, and energy.

Group Healing Sessions

During group sessions, I guide practices such as silent meditation, guided angel healing meditation, chakra healing, and aura healing.

These sessions are focused on supporting the body, mind, and energetic field. I guide the energy toward areas that need attention, helping to release tension and restore balance.

Medical Mediumship & Health Guidance

A deeper look at your health and well-being

During a medical mediumship session, we focus on your overall health and physical well-being.

Using intuitive perception, I tune into what your body reveals in terms of blockages, imbalances, or stress. I receive insight into which lifestyle choices, nutrition, or supportive approaches may help your recovery process.

Understanding the root cause of symptoms

Many clients come with concerns such as fatigue, stress, hormonal imbalances, or chronic complaints. Together, we explore the underlying causes on both a physical and energetic level.

I work with specialized medical guides and combine this with my knowledge of Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (cPNI). This allows me to offer focused guidance on what your body needs to restore balance and support healing.

Intuitive Reading and Spiritual Guidance

A personal and intuitive reading

During a personal reading, we begin with a short silent meditation to help you arrive and become present.

I ask for the name of the person or loved one, connect to the energetic field, and tune into what I perceive. I then share the insights that come through.

Through this connection, it is possible to access guidance from your higher self, your guides, or a loved one who has passed. I can sense where stagnation may be present within the emotional or physical body, and if desired, communication with a deceased loved one can take place.

Connecting with energy and consciousness

During a reading, I connect with the field of consciousness that is present all around us.

Using my intuitive abilities — knowing, seeing, hearing, feeling, and sensing — I can connect with the energy of both the living and those who have passed on. I am also able to perceive the layers of the aura and the chakra system.

Gaining clarity and balance

A reading helps you become aware of where your energy may be blocked and how your daily choices, thoughts, and patterns influence your balance.

This awareness allows you to move forward with more clarity, strength, and inner alignment.

After the session, it is important to listen to your body. If emotions arise, allow them to move through you without judgment. There is no need to interpret — simply observe and embrace what comes with openness and care.

Animal Communication and Energy Healing

Intuitive communication with animals

Both humans and animals have their own way of communicating, depending on their species and environment. In addition, there is a universal, non-verbal language that connects both humans and animals.

Using my intuitive abilities, I am able to communicate with animals and connect to their energetic field. Together with the owner, I guide the awareness and healing process, supporting the animal’s well-being on a deeper level.

Healing for animals and their owners

In addition to private sessions, I also offer group healing sessions for animals and their owners, including dogs, cats, and horses.

It is important that animals are acknowledged in the processing of trauma. After a session, an animal may feel tired and need rest. The integration process can take a few days to several weeks.

Flexible sessions and remote healing

I usually work directly with both the animal and the owner. If the animal is unable to attend the session, I can also work through the owner.

Sessions are available in person, as well as via phone or WhatsApp, and are just as effective remotely.

A holistic approach for your animal

In addition to energetic guidance, I also advise owners on supportive lifestyle choices for their animal. This helps create balance between body, mind, and energy, supporting the overall health and well-being of the animal.

Chi Kung Healing and Energy Cultivation

“Balanced chi flow supports physical, mental, and spiritual awareness.”

Chi Kung, also known as Qigong, means the cultivation of vital life energy. It is an essential part of traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts.

Chi Kung exercises consist of gentle, repeated movements combined with conscious breathing. These practices help strengthen, restore, and maintain the flow of energy within the body.

A meditative and healing practice

During the sessions, we work in silence, allowing you to reconnect with your inner essence.

The practice includes cleansing, healing, and cultivating your chi. I use a combination of chakra healing techniques and guide you in balancing your energy through Chi and Pranic Healing.

You will also learn how to direct your energy to areas in the body that need attention, helping to restore harmony and flow.

Supporting body, mind, and energy

By combining Chi Kung with chakra and Pranic Healing, you support not only your energetic system, but also your physical and mental well-being.

This integrated approach helps bring balance to your body, mind, and daily life.

After each session, it is important to take time to rest and allow the energy to integrate.
